- Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the requested report within the specified timeframe without prior notice of delay, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Report Errors: If the delivered report contains significant errors or omissions that deviate substantially from the agreed-upon specifications, you may request a correction. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same report due to a technical error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge(s).
- Change of Mind: Once a report has been delivered, refunds are not provided for changes of mind or if the report is no longer needed.
- Incorrect Information Provided: If the report is based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refunds will not be issued. Please ensure all necessary and accurate information is provided when placing your order.
- Minor Discrepancies: Minor errors or discrepancies that do not significantly impact the overall quality or usability of the report are not eligible for refunds.
